Guest/Group Tickets

KJSO Ticket Basics:

  • Each member should strive to bring 12 ticket-buying audience members to each concert.
  • You can use this form to track your progress.
  • Tickets should be purchased at kjso.org/tickets
    • Tickets can also be purchased with cash at the door, but online sales will enter your student in a drawing for cash prizes! Watch this video for more info on the drawing for cash prizes.

Purchasing Advance Tickets for Family, Friends, and/or Groups:

If you would like to make a larger ticket order so you can provide tickets for friends, family, or a group, please read the instructions on how to handle the process.

Option One: Providing Attendee Names

  1. When purchasing tickets, if you know the names of the individuals attending, enter their names on the designated attendee lines during the checkout process.
  2. After completing the purchase, you will receive an email receipt that will serve as your ticket stub. This receipt will include a list of all the names you entered.
  3. Forward the email receipt to the listed individuals. They can choose to either print the receipt or display it on their phones when entering the concert, along with a photo ID.

Option Two: Guest Tickets for Flexibility

  1. If you’re unsure of the specific names of attendees but still want to purchase multiple tickets, enter “guest of {your name}” on the attendee line during the ticket purchase.
  2. Upon receiving your email ticket receipt, forward it to dcrider@kjso.org.
    1. Please indicate if you would like your tickets:
      1. To be mailed (be sure to include your address)
      2. To be picked up by your student at the next rehearsal
      3. To be picked up at the KJSO office. Directions to the office.
  3. Once you receive your tickets, you will be able to distribute them to your guests and they can present them at the concert for entry without ID or receipt.

Thank you for supporting the KJSO. We look forward to providing you and your guests with a memorable concert experience!
