General Fund Donations
The work of the KJSO relies on funding from generous donors across our community. Family fundraising, foundation grants, and corporate gifts represent significant income sources for the KJSO.
But the largest single source of our funding each year comes from individuals in the community who have chosen to support the KJSO with their generous financial gifts. Among these friends and supporters are Junior Symphony alumni, relatives, and patrons, all of whom make possible the KJSO’s mission: through the power of music, we instill excellence in youth and enrich our community.
Please consider a financial gift in support of the students served by KJSO ensembles and programming. Your gift will be acknowledged in the Junior Symphony concert programs. The KJSO is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and contributions to the KJSO are tax-deductible.
A Sustaining Membership is an unrestricted monthly gift that you can pay in a convenient, ongoing way. Each month, we will charge your credit or debit card the amount you specify. Your Sustaining Membership will automatically continue unless you choose to cancel or change it. If you have any questions about becoming a Sustaining Member, please feel free to contact us for more information.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The Kalamazoo Junior Symphony Orchestras are currently seeking sponsors for our 2026-2027 concert programs, offering advertisements that reach a dedicated and engaged audience of families, educators, and community members. Citrus Fruit Sale

- Each fall the KJSO holds an annual citrus fruit sale, and the proceeds raised help fund our programs.
